Carl Cilker is Sr. Vice President and an owner of Cilker Orchards where he is active in all phases of the business.  Cilker Orchards manages agricultural and commercial real estate owned by William and Leila Cilker family. 

In its agricultural operations, Cilker Orchards operates 1,000 acres of walnuts, 320 acres of olives and 100 acres of fresh market plums and tangerines.  The company’s commercial properties include two shopping centers, three office buildings, a 182 unit, multi-family development and one of the largest parcels of undeveloped land in Silicon Valley.

Carl is also Chairman of the Board of Samaritan Medical Center, a complex of doctors and medical businesses in San Jose, California.

Carl also is active in several industry and non-profit community organizations including The Rotary Club of San Jose, the Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and the California Walnut Commission.

Carl and his wife, Kathy, have three children and three grandchildren.
