Rick Fleer has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for more than 25 years.  Rick’s varied experience  includes such areas as Taxpayer Service, Public Relations, and Employee Communications He currently manages a team responsible for monitoring performance metrics in the Large Business and International (LB&I) division of the IRS. LB&I examines returns for corporations with more than $10 million in assets and individuals residing outside the United States.

Rick plays the trumpet semi-professionally as a hobby in a traditional big band, two brass quintets, community theater orchestras and a church orchestra.

Rick and Trina have been coming to Napili Kai with their two children, Keith and Heather, since 1997 and followed his parents and brother in becoming life members in 2003. Rick and Trina live in Livermore, California.
